In alignment with its longstanding commitment to balanced development and sustainable operations, Longwell has established a Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection Policy, formally approved and signed by the President. The Company integrates sustainable development principles into its daily operations and strictly complies with applicable environmental laws and regulations at both national and local levels. Longwell fully complies with the highest environmental standards in guiding its manufacturing, management, and service activities, with the objective of continuously delivering environmentally and socially beneficial products. Environmental protection, occupational health, and workplace safety constitute fundamental elements of the Company's sustainability framework.
Environment
As of the end of 2024, Longwell Electronics (Shenzhen factory) continues to maintain effective implementation of the ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems and the ISO 45001: Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. These systems are subject to regular audits by external assurance bodies and the internal Environmental Protection, Health, and Safety (EHS) Committee. Identified deficiencies are incorporated into targeted improvement plans and addressed through continuous enhancement efforts in accordance with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology, thereby ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and the effective operation of the Company's Environmental Protection,Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems.
Energy Resources Management

Recognizing the scarcity of the Earth's energy resources, Longwell places great emphasis on effective energy management to prevent unnecessary waste. The Company's primary energy resources include natural gas, water, electricity, and diesel or gasoline.


Greenhouse Gas Management
Greenhouse gas emissions are a key driver of climate change and represent a critical global environmental challenge. Though not a major energy consumer, Longwell acknowledges its responsibility as a global corporate citizen and recognizes that reducing greenhouse gas emissions is a shared responsibility and a common goal among enterprises. In 2024, Longwell voluntarily conducted greenhouse gas inventory in accordance with ISO 14064-1. In parallel, Longwell Electronics (Shenzhen factory) initiated its greenhouse gas inventory in compliance, with local government regulations and engaged third-party assurance bodies to conduct annual assurances. These inventories enable the Company to accurately assess its current emissions status and take proactive measures.
The Shenzhen factory continues to assess emissions resulting from energy consumption, providing a basis for monitoring progress and enhancing energy conservation and carbon reduction performance over time.

Waste Management
Longwell Electronics (Shenzhen factory) categorizes waste generated from workshop operation into hazardous and non-hazardous waste for proper storage, collection, and disposal.Waste materials such as scrap iron, plastic waste, non-ferrous metals, and paper are managed by certified recycling vendors approved by the competent authorities. Domestic waste is uniformly collected and processed by the municipal sanitation department. Hazardous waste generated during the manufacturing process is strictly entrusted to licensed local waste disposal contractors,authorized by the competent authorities for detoxification treatment and proper disposal. All hazardous waste is centrally collected and treated by hazardous waste processing facilities approved by the Shenzhen Environmental Protection Bureau.
