Longwell firmly believes that excellent corporate governance is the cornerstone of a company's sustainable growth. As Chairman Lee Chun-Cheng stated, "The strength and effectiveness of a corporate governance system have a direct and significant impact on a company's long-term value." We view governance not merely as a compliance framework, but as a systematic value co-creation system. Through a clear structure of rights and responsibilities, measurable accountability mechanisms, fair transaction principles, and transparent information disclosure, it systematically aligns the interests of stakeholders, strives to reduce conflicts at the source, consolidates trust, ensures efficient use of resources, and achieves maximum mutual success for investors and partners.
