Longwell's manufacturing base in Chachoengsao, Thailand, has achieved explosive growth in recent years. Since its establishment in 2019, the factory has leveraged its strategic location just an hour's drive from Bangkok to build an agile and efficient supply chain system, effectively helping customers navigate changes in the international trade environment.
The factory’s production capacity and scale have achieved breakthrough growth year by year:
• 2024: 7 production lines, annual output exceeding 14 million AC units and 8 million HAC units, revenue of $17 million, and 460 employees.
• 2025: 13 production lines, annual output surging to 15 million AC units and 250 million HAC units, revenue exceeding $52 million, and 780 employees.
• 2026 (estimated): Expected to reach 17 production lines, annual output projected at 17 million AC units and 380 million HAC units, revenue target of $65 million, and over 900 employees.
The factory adopts a phased construction model. The first phase covers a factory area of 3,114 square meters, equipped with 6 production lines. Currently, a larger second-phase expansion is actively underway, with the factory area set to expand to 9,990 square meters. The plan includes deploying 9 production lines, with long-term capacity space designed for a maximum of 21 production lines, laying a solid foundation for sustained future growth.
At the same time, the factory is actively introducing new projects such as high-current power cables, committed to the research, development, and mass production of next-generation power cord technologies to ensure a leading technological edge.
The rapid development of Longwell’s Thailand factory is a strategic achievement of the company’s efforts to deepen its global manufacturing layout and better serve international customers. In the future, the factory will continue to strengthen its comprehensive advantages in cost, efficiency, and supply chain resilience, dedicated to providing global customers with more competitive, reliable, and high-quality power connection solutions, consolidating and enhancing Longwell’s leading position in the global market.
